What is the time commitment for This Program?
Eat More, Run Faster has a 4-month minimum commitment. This allows enough time to build a strong fueling foundation, improve energy availability, and see meaningful changes in training and performance. Many athletes choose to continue monthly after the initial program.
Do I need to be training for a race to join?
No. While many athletes are preparing for races, this program is also a great fit for athletes who want to improve energy, recovery, and overall performance during regular training.
Do you take insurance or HSA/FSA?
No. This is a concierge-style coaching program that includes ongoing messaging, check-ins, and individualized support beyond sessions, which insurance does not cover.
Is this program right for a triathlete/swimmer/cyclist?
Yes! This program is right for any endurance athlete struggling with low energy and poor performance!
What if I’ve struggled with GI issues during runs or races?
This is very common. We work together to gradually build a fueling strategy that your gut can tolerate so you can fuel confidently during long runs and on race day. To this day, 0 GKN athletes have sh*t themselves on race day!
