Nutrition Coaching

  • Two check-in sessions monthly
  • Recurring payments
  • Personalized nutrition plans, supplement recommendations, and race day fueling adjusted based on training cycles
  • Receive weekly feedback on food and training logs (if desired)
  • Recommended for athletes looking for support and accountability throughout training and racing
  • Race Day Fueling Plan trial and feedback included
  • Access to all ebooks, nutrition guides, and education materials 
  • Unlimited chat access with Grace

Single Sessions

All athletes must book Initial Consultations for their first appointment. Follow-ups can be booked for any returning athlete! 

Initial Session: $150 for 60 minutes

Follow-Up Sessions: $75 for 30 minutes

Race Day Fueling Plan

We will build your personalized carb loading and race day nutrition plan to get you to the finish line feeling strong! Includes an initial 30-minute session with 30-minute follow-up after trialing race day nutrition plan. Recommend at least 1 month out from the race.
