Fall '25 Marathon & Half Marathon
Group Nutrition Program
Our 12-week group coaching program is launching the week of July 13 and will lead up to the Chicago Marathon. Runners training for other half and full marathons at any point in the fall are welcome to join!
What’s Included:
- 1 x 60-minute 1:1 Initial Nutrition Assessment with Grace to assess your specific nutrition needs and questions
- 6 x Group Calls to discuss weekly nutrition topics and ask questions
- Self-paced modules to cover essential running nutrition topics
- Lifetime access to Nutrition Education Library (topic presentations, call recordings, worksheets, nutrition handouts, recipes)
- Slack channel for messaging with Grace and group members about nutrition questions or training woes (Grace will also be running the Chicago Marathon)
- Special Founders Pricing: $600 – Sign up before July 1 and get 1 additional FREE 1:1 check in with Grace!!
Group Meeting Time: TBD based on group availability
Weekly Time Commitment: ~1-2 hours; depends on athlete’s commitment to program

Do I have to be running the Chicago Marathon?
Nope! If you’re signed up for another fall marathon or half marathon, you’re welcome to join from anywhere!
If I can’t make all the group sessions, is it still worth it?
YES! All group sessions will be recorded so you can view them at another time.
How many athletes are in the group?
Spots are limited to keep the group small and intimate so reserve your spot today!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I’m happy to work with you to provide monthly payment plans!
I’m a triathlete, will this program work for me?
This program is aimed at runners but I will be launching a group coaching program for triathletes soon – fill out the interest form and I will provide more info!
