A 60 minute deep dive to get to know you and explore your health, nutrition, training, and other relevant history. We will use this to form your personalized nutrition plan and a strong foundation to nail your goals! 

Biweekly Check In Calls

You will get support from Grace, your own personal sports nutrition expert, for 30 minutes every 2 weeks. These check-ins help you track your progress and ask your burning nutrition questions! 

Race Day & carb loading plans

We work together to create an individualized fueling plan tailored to your specific race, carbohydrate and hydration needs, and travel plans. Get feedback from frequent fueling practice to perfect your plan!
